How do I clean my BÉIS bag?

For most of our bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For our hardside luggage, a magic eraser or a soft cloth with warm water works best to remove scuffs.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 shipping and handling fee is deducted from your refund total.

Do you offer a warranty on luggage?

Yes, our hardside rollers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturer defects such as broken wheels, handles, or zippers.

When will my order ship?

Standard orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our horizons and bring BÉIS to more countries in the near future.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed.
